Performance Health in conjunction with The Lyttle Difference offers both group and individual personal training sessions. We specialise in weight loss and back pain, but we cater for all health needs.
Group training is for those that want to stay active. You should have some prior knowledge and experience regarding exercise. You will receive general information on health and fitness whilst being in a team environment to support each other and achieve more in your life. Group sessions are a great way to get more from your life at a reduced fee.
Individual training is for anyone, from the beginner through to the advanced, to someone with specific health or fitness goals and for those with individual needs. Whether you are learning co-ordination and basics for the group class, wanting to ‘bulk up’ or just tone your body, needing to be ‘balanced’ or fulfilling the desire to be healthier, Personal Training sessions with Daniel will help you.
