This is a dump and stir recipe that's super easy and fast! All you need is 15 minutes and some yummy syrup!
Ingredients
1 large egg
1 cup organic spelt flour (preferbly whole grain)
3/4 cup milk or milk alternative (soy, almond or rice milk)
1 Tab. (optional) unrefined sugar, or alternative (agave nectar, stevia, etc, adjust quanities to taste)
2 Tab. olive oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Method
This makes about 6 cakes that are 10cm in diameter.
We like to top our finished pancakes with maple syrup (make sure its the original, not the sugar filled maple flavoured syrup), apple sauce, agave nectar or even your favorite nut butter and jam.
