1 avocado or 1 banana
1 frozen banana or berries or mango (whatever fruit you have frozen)
1 handful of baby spinach leaves or rocket leaves or kale
1 – 2 heaped teaspoon of spirulina /barley grass /wheatgrass /blue green algae (optional)
1 tablespoon of raw honey or agave nectar
1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder
1 handful of goji berries (optional)
1 tablespoon of a good probiotic (optional)
1 cup of ice
2 cups of rice, almond, oat, cow or goats milk
Method:
BLEND. It's that easy. Feel free to vary the proportions and ingredients according to taste and to what's in the pantry.
You may even like to add an omega 3 oil such as fish or flaxseed oil or some chia seeds or soaked raw nuts.
